Alexis Hicks (she/her) is an advocate, storyteller, and community organizer committed to dismantling systemic inequities and fostering transformative change. In her current role, Alexis leads the Delta Proud Youth Initiative, a collaborative effort to advance the academic achievement and post-secondary success of African American males and other students of color across the Mississippi Delta.
