Julia Warren advances Provide’s abortion referrals initiative by developing and supporting state and regional teams around program implementation, while proactively contributing to the leadership and growth of the organization’s abortion referrals work. A native of Illinois, Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Illinois Wesleyan University. She has lived in Memphis for five years, where she has focused on women’s reproductive health, domestic violence, abortion care, and LGBTQ inclusion in the South. In her spare time, she volunteers as an adult English as a second language (ESL) tutor and enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her partner and dog.
